Every star map is individually produced and hand-finished in our studio. Standard production time is 3 working days, though this may extend to 5 working days during busy periods. This applies to all product types — classic prints, foil prints, and framed orders.
Once dispatched, Royal Mail 24 Tracked typically delivers within 1-2 working days.
Digital downloads are delivered to your email within 12 hours of your order. Every digital file is individually reviewed by us before sending to ensure the quality matches our printed output. You'll receive a high-resolution PDF ready for printing at home or at your local print shop.
All physical orders include tracking. You'll receive a dispatch confirmation email with your Royal Mail tracking number once your order has been posted. You can use this to track your delivery on the Royal Mail website.
We're currently shipping within the UK only. International delivery is something we're working on and will be available soon. In the meantime, our digital download option is available worldwide.
