We want you to love your star map. Here's what to do if something isn't right.
Every Starbound Moments print is made to order using your unique date, location, and personalisation details. Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, personalised and bespoke items are exempt from the standard 14-day cooling-off period.
This means we're unable to offer returns or refunds simply because you've changed your mind. We encourage you to use the live preview in our configurator to check your design carefully before placing your order.
If your order arrives damaged or faulty, we'll put it right. We offer a 30-day window from the date of delivery to report any issues with your order.
What we'll do: In most cases, we'll reprint and reship your order at no additional cost. If a replacement isn't possible, we'll issue a full refund to your original payment method.
Return postage: If we need the faulty item returned, we'll cover the cost of return postage.
To report a damaged or faulty item, email us at hello@starboundmoments.com with your order number and a photo of the issue. We'll get back to you within 24 hours on business days.
Due to the nature of digital products, we're unable to offer refunds on digital downloads once the file has been delivered. Every digital order is individually reviewed by us before sending, so if there's an issue with accuracy or quality, please get in touch and we'll work with you to resolve it.
