These terms and conditions govern your use of the Starbound Moments website (starboundmoments.com) and any purchases made through it. Starbound Moments is a trading name of Gorsesoft, based in the New Forest, Hampshire, UK.
By placing an order, you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully.
All prices are displayed in British Pounds (GBP) and include any applicable taxes. We are not currently VAT registered.
When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase. We will confirm acceptance of your order by email. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order for any reason, including pricing errors.
Prices may change at any time, but changes will not affect orders that have already been confirmed.
All Starbound Moments prints are made to order using your unique personalisation details (date, location, text, colour scheme). As personalised goods, they are exempt from the 14-day cooling-off period under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.
Please use the live preview in our configurator to check your design carefully before placing your order. We produce exactly what you configure.

We deliver within the United Kingdom only. International delivery is not currently available.
Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. We are not liable for delays caused by Royal Mail or circumstances beyond our control.
As personalised products, our prints are exempt from the standard 14-day return right under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.
If your order arrives damaged or faulty, we will reprint and reship at no cost, or issue a full refund to your original payment method. You have 30 days from delivery to report a damaged or faulty item. We will cover the cost of return postage for faulty items.
Digital downloads are non-refundable once the file has been delivered.

Digital downloads are provided as high-resolution PDF files for personal, non-commercial use only. You may print the file for your own use or as a gift, but you may not resell, redistribute, or commercially reproduce the design.
By purchasing a digital download, you acknowledge that the 14-day cooling-off period does not apply to digital content once delivery has begun, in accordance with the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.
Our star maps are generated from astronomical data using precise calculations. While we take every care to ensure accuracy, the maps are artistic representations intended as gifts and keepsakes, not scientific instruments. We do not guarantee absolute astronomical precision.
All designs, content, and artwork on this website are the property of Starbound Moments / Gorsesoft. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without written permission.
When you purchase a print or digital download, you receive a personal-use licence for that specific artwork. Copyright remains with Starbound Moments.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Starbound Moments shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or products. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the relevant order.
Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer under UK law.
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
